83-83a Yarranabbe Road, Darling Point refused by council - Forshore preserved
The development was rejected by Woollahra Council in an historic decision in Tuesday 26 26 April 2016. The development would have been in breach of the LEP 2014 which rules that a 30 setback from the water line must be respected with any new flat buildings. If approved, it would have created a precedent and a welcome to more development on the foreshore.
